Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand by the toughness and reliability of our products—just as we stand by our commitment to your satisfaction. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.

Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Muck Boots
  • Tactical/Military footwear
  • Hiking Boots (if used outdoors)

Note: Exceptions apply if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely, include the RAN inside the package, and ship to:

    Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size/style is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
