When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This represents our acceptance of your order and formation of a contract. All orders are subject to availability and verification of pricing.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Window:

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Muck Boots
• Tactical/Military footwear
• Hiking Boots (if used outdoors)

Exceptions apply if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process:

2. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number and reason
3. Wait for approval and Return Authorization Number (RAN)
4. Ship the item with the RAN included to: Rocky Shop Returns, 1613 Katrina Circle, Anchorage, AK 99508 USA

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size/style is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
